Using Banto

You may use Banto only through an authorized business site and membership. You are responsible for messages and requests made through your account, keeping access to LINE and Google secure, and using the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another member's data, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or use Banto to violate rights or law.

Google connection

Connecting Google is optional. You choose the services and permissions presented during authorization. Banto's Google tools are read-only and operate only in response to requests made through the member's Banto context. Google services remain governed by Google's terms and policies. You may disconnect at any time.

AI-generated responses

Banto uses AI and may produce incomplete or inaccurate responses. Verify important information against the original email, event, file, or document. Banto is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, or operate the service. Third-party services such as LINE, Google, Cloudflare, and the configured model provider may also affect availability. We may update these terms and will publish the current version and effective date here.

Intellectual property and feedback

You retain rights in content you provide, subject to the permissions needed for Banto to process it and deliver the service. Banto and its platform materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Banto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
